Responsibilities:

• Operating forming and finishing machines

• Performing 100% self-inspections by production workers on the formed radial shaft seals

• Assembling springs and packaging radial shaft seals

• Complying with quality standards and initiating appropriate measures in the event of deviations

• Recording production process data in the relevant IT system

Qualifications:

• Physical resilience and willingness to work in a three-shift operation

• Practical professional experience in a production environment

• High level of commitment and flexibility

• Independent and structured way of working

• Communication and teamwork skills

• German language skills, both spoken and written
