What would you do? Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, including defining project scope, milestones, tasks, and deliverables. • Collaborate with Clients’ project control teams, stakeholders, and team members to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives. • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks, issues, and deviations from the plan, and proposing corrective actions. • Cooperate with the Project Planning Team with onshore and offshore resources to ensure the correct and smooth execution of services in compliance with Clients’ requirements and contractual obligations. • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, progress, and any changes to the project plan. • Utilize Clients’ project management software and tools to track project schedule Investment project management and control capabilities related to grid assets to enable the energy transition (e.g. transmission interconnections).
What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3 to 8 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management, within the engineering or construction sectors. Knowledge of the Oil&Gas Industry is a plus. • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Acumen or similar. • Understanding of project management methodologies. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify project risks, issues, and inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.
