Job Description:
Reporting to AVP, Bancassurance Project Head, this position is responsible for providing thorough data analytics based on reporting including – not limited to sales performance, leads management, and activity management.
Preferred skills
Proficiency in Excel from intermediate to advanced level
Familiar with SQL usage and any data analytics tools would be advantage
Leads management and leads generation knowledge both in technical
Power point ability to make concise presentation
Proficient in providing the update through attractive slide and well delivery to management team
Mass market bancassurance/partnership model
Bancassurance business models
Customer-first mindset
Experience in designing and delivering initiatives related to Data Enablement, sales and/or leads dashboard, leads management system
In-depth critical thinking and problem solving, able to see in helicopter view based on data analytics
Qualifications
S1 graduate
Min 1 year of in-depth bancassurance experience, focusing on distribution
Min 2 year of leads management, mid data analytics, and dashboard reporting management
Proficiency in Excel intermediate to advanced level
Familiarity with SQL or any reporting tools would be advantage
Ex-start up or insurance industry
Mid project management skills, with experience in data enablement, and dashboard development, would be advantages
Astute stakeholder management, both internally within the organization and across with business partners
Responsibilities (heading)
Cross selling initiative (mapping leads, distribution leads to bank partner HO, distribution leads to internal sales team, responsible to tracking activities, report monitoring, responsible if any issues related to this campaign)
Providing deep dive analytics on how business in currently running and provide recommendation for sales metrics based on data provided by internal and external reporting team.
Managing and driving any reporting and data enablement solutions internally and with CIMB Niaga including any platform/system development needed from IT perspective.
Act as main SPOC for sales team in providing performance-related reports and analytics.
IT related: esp. on data and reporting enablement project
Responsible for Banca ad-hoc report and BAU report related to business quality
Building new report related to leads management
Upgrade BAU report related to sales such as flash report, sales report, any BAU report with new structure/ template
Analytic and report related to Bancassurance
Assist Supervisor in responsible related to Bancassurance ad-hoc data reporting generation
Project leader for execution of any RR event related to bank partner data management project
Project leader for execution of any RR event related to internal SLFI data analytics (i.e. BAA, Semester Award, NSM, Annual Award, etc)
