Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting processes. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of issues that impact business continuity. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting multiple teams to uphold operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective problem resolution.
- Lead efforts to document and communicate best practices and lessons learned to improve team performance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting data warehouse environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management within cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex system issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline operational tasks and incident response.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
