Robinson is current seeking a Corporate Healthcare Key Account Manager in the Global Forwarding division.  In this role you will be responsible to drive growth and maximize retention of high net revenue and potential accounts that are specific to the Healthcare vertical.  The Corporate Healthcare Key Account Manager creates demand, identifies new opportunities within their Healthcare portfolio, and sells creative solutions aligned to the customer needs.  As the primary point of accountability, you will be responsible for customer advocacy, driving continuous improvement and collaborating to deliver on customer commitments across multiple teams and geographies. Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to elevate and expand credible relationships across functional departments within the customer supply chain
  • Drive market share growth through active pipeline management, leveraging CRM and cross-functional collaboration
  • Conduct business reviews using data and market intelligence to uncover opportunities and improve outcomes
  • Develop and present strategic solutions, including pricing and digital tools, tailored to customer needs
  • Manage account strategies, including RFPs, proposals, and pricing, while continuously expanding knowledge of C.H. Robinson’s offerings
  • Advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are aligned with internal priorities and resources
  • Navigate challenges and drive continuous improvement through collaboration with account teams and leadership
  • Partner with operations and sales teams to deliver exceptional service and optimize execution with defined KPIs
  • Incorporate customer feedback into action plans to enhance satisfaction and service delivery
  • Monitor financial results, service performance, and account health, addressing issues proactively
  • Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency for customers
  • Ensure compliance with AR processes, reviewing dashboards and acting on payment-related concerns

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and/or account management
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare background
  • GDP certified and quality management background
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (domestically and internationally)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supply chain knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
  • Demonstrates and drives a data driven approach
  • Demonstrated influencing, negotiation, collaboration, communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results through sales or account management solutions
