Position Summary

The role of the Associate is to support the SEO account/project set up, administrative tasks, and reporting. Their goal is to support Sr. Analysts and Managers to improve the quality and performance of all accounts. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the SEO Management team with initial setup on a variety of projects via multiple platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Adobe Analytics, and other 3rd party platforms).
  • Assist the SEO Management team with keeping track of upcoming projects and ensuring they launch as per the appropriate calendars.
  • Work with the SEO Management team to track, measure, and assist with analysis of SEO and UX/CRO activities.
  • Assist the SEO Management team with monitoring and maintaining SEO and UX/CRO project performance.
  • Assist with document creation: presentations, visual summaries, schedules and reports.
  • Coordinate and attend learning sessions with key media partners.
  • Develop proficiency with necessary media research tools, systems, and software.
  • Support the team on various client related projects as required.
  • Proactively develop knowledge of the digital media landscape.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Professional or educational background in Marketing and/or Advertising would give leverage to this application) 
  • Understanding of digital advertising concepts and terms an asset.
  • Driven desire to develop and excel in a digital media career.
  • Client service oriented.
  • Passion for data, emerging media and technology.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
  • Strong learning agility, with a passion for continuous development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
