Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Core Integrations. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing efficient and scalable solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop Workday Core Integrations to meet business process and application requirements. - Create technical design documents and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and provide ongoing support. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Workday Core Integrations. - Assist in training and mentoring junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Studio. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Studio. - Strong understanding of Workday Core Integrations and related technologies. - Experience in designing and implementing complex integrations using Workday Studio. - Knowledge of Workday security framework and data migration techniques. - Familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Workday Studio Certification is required.
