Opportunity: Marketing and Medical Intern – MADRID
Purpose: Learn how to work in a Marketing and Medical team and get a full picture of the different activities: events, campaigns follow-up etc, with an approach to the sales team. (No social media)
Key Learning
Understand the importance of the follow-up and reporting and learn how to interpret the results.
Campaigns and launches: help in the creation of materials and follow up with Salesforce and Sales Team always with the support of the Product Manager
Learn how to adapt International Marketing Material to local needs, learning how to use Veeva for submission and approval.
Participate in the different strategic meetings, business reviews and sales plan with data analysis to learn the key points to develop in his/her future career.
Market Models: understand and practice the information that can be extracted from these reports
Tenders: get an understanding of the information required to present a product in a tender and the need to meet the timings
Events: collaboration with Marketing to understand the need of Marketing Material used in local events and congresses
Promotional materials (Give aways, storage)
Support Clinical Specialists in Hands on Trainings
Understand the corporate / local policies and procedures
Learn how to process ISS (Regional and Global) and the required documents in the system (XIAM and iEnvision). Follow-up
Control excels sheets and keep Sales Team informed
Compliance with corporate / local policies and procedures
Minimum requirements:
University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Management, Marketing, Administration or any healthcare studies (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology)
Fluent in English - C1
Agreement - Schools/University. (Essential)
