What will you do:

Manager leads the end-to-end development and launch of new products, coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing) to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and budget adherence. They manage project timelines, mitigate risks, drive technical feasibility, and facilitate manufacturing readiness. 

How you will do it:

  • Project Leadership: Own the entire NPI process, from concept to manufacturing launch, ensuring deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead teams across R&D, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and quality to align on project objectives.

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.

  • Budget & Resource Management: Define project budgets, manage CAPEX for new equipment, and align resources to meet milestones.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project schedules, status reports, and technical documentation (e.g., PFMEA, BOMs).

  • Manufacturing Readiness: Drive DFM (Design for Manufacturability), validate processes, and oversee production line handover. 

What we look for:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, specifically bringing new products from design to production, often in regulated industries (GMP, ISO).

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, risk management, and proficiency in project management software.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
