Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Experimentation and Conversion Rate Analytics Lead. This role involves proposing data-driven optimization and personalization strategies, measuring their impact, and delivering insights that drive measurable results. Working within a multidisciplinary experimentation team, you will contribute to website personalization, experimentation, and overall conversion rate optimization initiatives while also presenting findings and insights to stakeholders regularly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimization Strategy: Develop and propose optimization and personalization ideas to improve website performance and drive results aligned with client objectives.
  • Impact Measurement: Analyze and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes using web analytics tools, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver bi-weekly website performance report-outs to key stakeholders. Conduct monthly deep dives into key focus areas and trends. Present quarterly data workshops to leadership, summarizing the impact of experimentation and optimization efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with target developers, UI experts, project managers, and client teams to implement, monitor, and iterate on experiments.
  • Customer Journeys & Satisfaction: Ideate and analyze customer journeys to uncover opportunities for improvement. Incorporate insights from website satisfaction surveys into recommendations.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to and manage ad hoc analytics and reporting requests as needed.
  • Web Analytics Expertise: Leverage Adobe Analytics (essential) to analyze user behavior, identify opportunities, and track experiment performance.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in web analytics (Adobe Analytics).
  • Proven ability to propose and evaluate optimization and personalization ideas.
  • Background in analyzing and measuring the impact of website changes, including A/B testing and personalization efforts.
  • Experience in website experimentation, personalization, or broader conversion rate optimization (CRO) workstreams.
  • Experience with website satisfaction surveys and integrating insights into optimization strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver reports and workshops to stakeholders.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Adobe Target for website personalization and experimentation.
  • Knowledge of web development and analytics implementation to better collaborate with technical team members.
