1. 次のいずれかにおける3年以上の経験。

a) 金融機関でのオペレーショナル・リスク管理、ガバナンス、コンプライアンス、内部監査等の第2・3の防御線における実務経験。

b) 事務企画、事務品質改善、事務フローの効率化・改善等の企画・内部管理系の実務経験。

c) 監査法人、コンサルティング会社で金融機関（保険会社が望ましい）を対象とした会計監査、内部統制支援、内部監査に関するコンサルティング、オペレーショナル・リスク管理に関するコンサルティング

2. ビジネスレベルの英語力。

有れば尚可のスキル・経験：

1. 生命保険会社での業務経験。

2. 公認内部監査人（CIA）等の内部統制に関する資格

3. 中級程度のExcelスキル
