Job Description:

Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for a Deputy Division Chief, Solid Waste located at our Headquarters facility in Millersville, MD. This position serves as manager of large, multiple-tasks project sites and contracts in the Environmental Operations Group. Provides comprehensive solid waste management planning, facilities engineering, capital improvements design, systems operation, site oversight, project site maintenance and business development activities.

Estimated Pay Range:

$103,538 - $142,365

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited college or university, plus 8 years of progressively responsible experience in the solid waste industry, including 5 years at the management level. Applicants may substitute additional experience as defined above for the required education at the rate of one year of experience to one year of education, for up to four years of the required education. Must have a valid driver's license with less than 5 points.
