Dexis is seeking a Finance and Operations Director to support the anticipated USAID/Tanzania “Strengthening the Capacity of Local Organizations” project. This four-year activity will be a Task Order under the Compliance and Capacity Support for Diverse Partnerships (CCSDP) IDIQ, which aims to ensure that new, nontraditional, and local partners and governments have the capabilities and resources to serve as prime partners for USAID programming along with ensuring that USAID Missions and Operating Units (M/OUs) are equipped to work with more local and diverse partners. The Finance and Operations Director position will be full-time and based in Dar es Salaam for the duration of the project. This position is intended for local Tanzanian personnel only. This position is contingent on task order and funding.
The Finance and Operations Director will support the management and execution of the USAID project in Tanzania, with duties both technical and operational. The Finance and Operations Director will support the Chief of Party and other project staff in maintaining the administrative aspects of the project and ensuring strict compliance with USAID regulations, policies, and procedures.
This position will be hired locally and host country nationals are encouraged to apply. Dexis is committed to offering a fair and competitive compensation package. Salaries will be developed based on market research, a Local Compensation Plan (LCP) if available, an approved budget for the position, and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
