Identify project scope and define requirements for business and technology transformation initiatives.
Create functional and technical specifications to guide project implementation.
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.
Coordinate the implementation of solutions and support change management efforts.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM/SuccessFactors consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good understanding of Payroll and Time management processes, experience in system integration, and the ability to work effectively in English.

Responsibilities:

● Handle Payroll and Time management operations.

● Integrate TM and payroll systems with other systems.

● Provide support and solve issues related to these systems.

● Communicate effectively in English with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

● Knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time management processes.

● 3-5 years of experience in HRIS project operation and implementation.

● Experience in system integration.

● Familiarity with ADP Payroll and Kronos systems is a plus.
