Your Responsibilities

• Preparing Intrastat reports and entering information into the system for customs declarations;
• Collecting data for environmental protection reports, including reporting of equipment placed on the market, batteries, and packaging;
• Supporting key clients and ensuring the highest quality of service;
• Coordinating communication with carriers, organizing transport, and preparing transport documentation;
• Coordinating the team's tasks related to order fulfillment and gathering the necessary documentation;
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting the Sales Department with information on available inventory;
• Reporting sales performance in the context of the company’s internal targets.

Our Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of current customs regulations related to export (completion of a customs law course in export will be an asset);
• Communicative knowledge of English and Polish languages;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (ability to work with pivot tables and familiarity with common formulas);
• Experience working within a sales support team (experience in coordinating the tasks of a small team will be an additional advantage).
