What you'll Do 

• Meaningful work: Write architecture and design specs for product/feature/prototypes and support secure, efficient, containerized software for Adobe Acrobat Sign. Develop and maintain production-quality features with a delightful user experience
• Impact: Engage and partner closely with customers, product management, UX design, and program management to create requirements and use cases that make Acrobat Adobe Sign a leading e-Signature solution
• Innovate: Constantly explore, evaluate, and integrate new technologies and translate ideas into interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with other Adobe teams to expand your knowledge and skills to stay ahead of the latest development, testing, and deployment methodologies and embrace cross-team standards.

What you need to succeed 

• A Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent four-year degree 
• 10+ years of experience in developing commercial server-side software products or end-to-end service solutions, including taking ownership of system components
• Strong Experience in building and deploying web applications, backend and/or frontend, with an understanding of end-to-end n-tier enterprise software architectures 
• Strong knowledge of server-side Java/J2EE technologies, including Spring, Hibernate, JSP, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, Servlets, and XML 
• Experience with web application client-tier technologies, including HTML and JS, ReactJS, and React Native
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, as well as practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Ability to communicate and influence (verbal/written) clearly to solve complex issues 
• Ability and interest in learning new technologies quickly, with a strong interest in frontend development

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $153,600 -- $286,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
