Senior Specialist, Communication Production
Are you a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Developer who conceptualizes, recommends, codes and documents email solutions to deliver large-scale marketing programs?
Expedia Group is looking for a talented developer who is passionate about leveraging automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation and other Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) capabilities to maximize traveler engagement and loyalty within our global customer base that spans across multiple brands, channels, and 100+ locales. This role will require the extensive use of SFMC’s proprietary scripting language, AMP script, automation and database tools to execute campaigns.
GTM (go to market) is a team within Expedia's CRM production group that supports the launches of new products and features, as well as the expansion of our Loyalty program, OneKey, to new markets around the world. Working with product and tech, the localization team, creative, and various other stakeholders throughout EG, the GTM team brings these ideas to life by building and deploying all communications related to these initiatives.
The Production Senior Specialist sits on the GTM team within the CRM production group, which roles up to the TeAL team (traveler engagement and loyalty). This role will use their Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to advise on implementation best practices, build segments out of the data cloud, code highly dynamic templates, and build journeys that support the launch of new initiatives for our three main brands: Hotels.com, Expedia, and VRBO.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
