How you’ll make an impact
1. You will check PR from plants, create PO by following the instruction of SOP and release the PO to suppliers, send PO related drawing to suppliers.
2. You will follow and maintain PO's OA, and coordinate to get OTD from supplier.
3. You will receive PO change application from plants, drive suppliers to meet the change request, maintain SAP and give feedback to applicants, if necessary, NCR handling, GR issue and invoice issue handling and payment in time.
4. You will finish reports in agreed timeline and achieve KPIs.
5. You will train junior buyer operation skill.
6. You will be good at handling all kinds of purchasing mode and handling complex issues, drive performance improvement of suppliers with low performance independently.
7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's of Economic, Logistics, and other Engineering Major.
2. Required with 3 years or above purchasing experience in large industrial plants.
3. CET-4 levels and above.
4. Fluent at SAP/Oracle ERP system skill.
5. Good at communication, careful, patient, with good customer service awareness.
6. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill.
