Key Responsibilities

Compensation Program Integration:

• Help document current compensation practices and identify gaps or redundancies
• Assist in analyzing the acquired company's existing compensation structures and benefits programs
• Support the development of integration plans to align compensation policies with Amex GBT standards

Sales Compensation Plan Alignment:

• Support the review and analysis of sales compensation plans from both organizations
• Help develop recommendations for unified sales incentive structures
• Assist in creating communication materials explaining compensation changes to sales teams

General Support:

• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation integration progress
• Maintain detailed documentation of integration activities and decisions
• Assist with employee communications regarding compensation changes
• Support ad-hoc compensation projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, HR, or related program
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

The US national base salary range for this position is from 

$42,700.00 - $79,300.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
