As a Senior Product Manager – NPI, you’ll play a critical role at the front end of our product pipeline—owning the strategy behind what we bring to market, why we launch it, and how we maximise return.
You will lead the end-to-end NPI pipeline from concept through to commercialisation, partnering across Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver successful launches.
With a strong focus on market opportunity, ROI and pipeline growth, you’ll ensure Medline is investing in the right products—and bringing them to market effectively.
Lead market-driven product strategy, identifying customer and clinical needs to shape high-value product opportunities
Own and prioritise the NPI pipeline, ensuring strong commercial outcomes across revenue, margin and ROI
Drive end-to-end product development and commercialisation, from concept through to launch, with clear milestones and delivery
Partner across Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver launches on time, at the right price and meeting customer needs
Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps, adapting global launches to the ANZ market
Deliver pipeline growth and performance, including market opportunity identification, competitor analysis and revenue validation
Required Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following;
Proven experience in product management within Healthcare with a strong focus on NPI and product launches is essential
Demonstrated ability to drive ROI-focused decisions, balancing revenue, margin and growth outcomes
Strong track record of leading cross-functional delivery, influencing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, RA/QA Clinical, Supply Chain and Finance
Ability to translate complex product, clinical and customer insights into clear, commercially viable product strategies, leveraging Voice of Customer (VOC) to inform decisions
Experience working in global or matrix environments, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment
