💙 About the Team 

Early in January 2025, Perseus Human Resources decentralized, and each portfolio now has its own HR team. We work closely with Perseus HR centers of excellence for activities like benefits administration, compensation research, payroll, recruitment, and more.  

The Gemini People Team is small but mighty. Wait, is it still a team if there is only one person? Come join Jorden and we can officially call it a team.

Mission – The Essence of the Job  

You complete HR operational tasks across all HR disciplines - recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compliance – which enables employees and leaders to meet their organizational goals.   

Outcomes – What needs to get done  

  • Workday Wizardry: achieve Workday tasks and outcomes according to the Workday team requirements 90%+ positive outcomes  

  • Onboarding and Offboarding: welcome new employees and offboard departing employees driving towards 80% satisfaction in 30-day onboarding survey  

  • Compliance: Ensuring that all Gemini HR activities comply with local laws and regulations, reducing legal risks

  • You've likely been doing this HR thing at a software company for a couple of years 

  • Maybe you took human resources in school 

  • You take a help-first approach 

  • You love to problem solve 

  • You roll up your sleeves to help, no matter which department needs help 

  • You are good at reining in a GenX overuser of emojis
