Learning Objective:

Equip the intern with hands-on exposure to strategic real-world evidence (RWE) generation and scientific knowledge management within the hematology portfolio, demonstrating how Medical Affairs drives evidence strategy, strengthens scientific leadership, and advances patient impact.

Learning Plan

• Tecvayli RWE Strategy Execution:

Support priority Tecvayli real-world evidence initiatives through literature gap assessment and protocol support, contributing to evidence generation that informs sequencing strategy and clinical positioning in relapsed/refractory MM.

• Hematology Disease Knowledge Infrastructure Build:

Develop a structured, searchable disease knowledge bank integrating pivotal data, congress updates, competitive intelligence, and guideline evolution to enhance portfolio readiness and scientific responsiveness.

• Operational Excellence:

Standardize tracking and documentation processes for RWE and scientific intelligence to ensure scalability, continuity, and long-term medical value creation.
