What this job involves:

As a Senior Business Analyst at JLL, you will provide comprehensive support for overall system administration, daily monitoring, maintenance, and related activities in conjunction with the Client Systems and Support Lead. This role combines business analysis expertise with technical system support to ensure optimal system performance and business alignment. You'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting system upgrades and enhancements while developing and executing comprehensive test plans for system changes. Your analytical skills will be critical in maintaining accurate records of system configurations, changes, and procedures while bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementations.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Support overall system administration including daily monitoring, maintenance, and related activities alongside Client Systems and Support Lead
  • Plan, implement, and document system upgrades and enhancements to improve business processes and system functionality
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for system changes, upgrades, and implementations to ensure quality delivery
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of system configurations, changes, and procedures for compliance and business continuity
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements
  • Monitor system performance from a business perspective and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system changes align with business objectives and user needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in business analysis with focus on system administration and monitoring
  • Knowledge of system upgrade and enhancement planning from business perspective
  • Ability to develop and execute test plans for system changes and implementations
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to business process optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience with business process analysis and system integration projects
  • Knowledge of change management and user acceptance testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices
  • Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience working with enterprise software applications and databases
  • Certification in business analysis (CBAP) or related professional credentials

Estimated compensation for this position:

110,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
