Technical Development & AI Integration

  • Data Engineering Collaboration: Utilize T/SQL to partner with data engineers on critical insights, performance tuning, and source optimization.

  • Advanced Analytics: Create predictive and prescriptive models to drive business decisions and utilize Google AI (Gemini Enterprise, AI Studio) to accelerate data gathering.

  • Environment Management: Manage self-service BI migrations across environments with rigorous change control and Git version control.

Consultative Partnership

  • Agile Collaboration: Actively contribute to Agile Scrum ceremonies, including story sizing, estimation, and prioritization.

  • Technical Education: Act as a consultant for non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 8+ years in BI development with a heavy focus on executive client-facing standards; 5+ years specialized in UI/UX visualization.

  • Certification: Tableau Certification is highly preferred.

  • Technical Mastery: * Expert-level skill in Tableau Online (parameters, filters, row-level security) and Google Looker.

    • 2-3 years of expert T/SQL scripting (tables, views, indexes, data loads).

    • Strong grasp of SDLC, Git version control, and Agile Scrum methodologies.

  • Soft Skills: Fearless analytical curiosity, exceptional data storytelling abilities, and a "client-first" communication style characterized by active listening.

  • AI Passion: Exposure to or a strong passion for Google AI tools (Gemini, Google Collab) and their application in BI.
