The Re-Engagement Planning Advisor is responsible for learning the industry, products, product finance / insurance options (trust), services, as well as use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sales software and proprietary contracting software. Responsibilities include completing a training program which requires successfully complete course work, passing exams, and demonstrating the appropriate skills to begin fulfilling the following responsibilities.

Lead Generation

  • Leads/ Accounts are provided by Team Leadership consistently to ensure a full funnel every day
  • Holds own self accountable for prospecting a minimum of 4 hours every day (if working 8 hours) through proven company developed processes
  • Obtains referrals from families served, by following up through visits with families after the service
  • Networks and builds community and civic relationships
  • Maintains and tracks activity levels to ensure productivity within Salesforce
  • Remains flexible with schedule to achieve results; can works nights and weekends

Pay

  • 20/hour + Commission

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Basic computer and technology skills within a sales environment
  • Coachable mindset with a drive to overachieve sales targets
  • Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
  • Ability to work beyond “standard” hours as the need arises
  • Excellent work ethic
  • High-level of integrity Comfortable presenting in front of others
  • Bilingual, knowledge of another language is a plus but not a requirement

Experience

Sales experience or one to two years industry experience or equivalent education Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus

MINIMUM Requirements

License

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Teamwork

Daily communication with Team Lead to ensure support is provided. Thoroughly and completely reviews previous services and contacts with families to prepare to support sales

Build Relationships with Families

Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with families Responds to client inquiries in a timely, respectful, sensitive and professional manner Builds trust-based relationships to earn the right to ask for referrals
