Job Description Summary

For GE Vernova Electrification Systems, we are seeking a strategic and technically accomplished DT Integration Leader to architect and lead the segment-wide integration strategy across a diverse and mission-critical application landscape. This role will ensure seamless, secure, and scalable data flows across 300+ applications supporting over 25,000 users worldwide.

The Integration Leader will define the vision for how applications interface across business domains—from engineering and procurement to finance, HR, and field operations—ensuring that integration supports operational excellence, business agility, and digital transformation. This role will work in close alignment with the GE Vernova HQ CTO, translating the corporate technology vision into actionable integration strategies that support global consistency, innovation, and scalability

Job Description

Skills & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities

·       Define and own the segment integration strategy and vision aligned with business and IT objectives.

·       Synchronize integration strategy with the Global HQ CTO’s direction and enterprise architecture vision

·       Architect and govern end-to-end integration frameworks, including APIs, messaging, ETL, and event-driven architectures.

·       Ensure scalable, secure, and performant data exchange across global application landscape.

·       Establish and enforce integration best practices, standards, and patterns (e.g., RESTful APIs, microservices, pub/sub).

·       Lead the selection and governance of integration platforms and middleware

·       Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align integration with business processes and digital workflows.

·       Drive data consistency, quality, and governance across interfaces and integration points.

·       Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging mechanisms for integration flows.

·       Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in data exchange.

·       Oversee integration lifecycle management, including versioning, documentation, and deprecation.

·       Champion API-first and event-driven design principles across development teams.

·       Support agile delivery by enabling reusable integration components and CI/CD pipelines.

·       Manage and mentor a team of integration architects, developers, and analysts.

·       Act as a strategic advisor to CIO and executive leadership on integration-related initiatives.

Experience:

 

·       10+ years in enterprise IT with a focus on integration architecture and strategy.

·       Proven leadership in managing large-scale integration landscapes (100+ systems).

·       Experience with global organizations and complex business domains.

·       Hands-on expertise with modern integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure, Informatica).

·       Strong background in API lifecycle management and event-driven systems.

·       Track record of aligning integration with business transformation and data governance.

·       Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.

·       Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and hybrid environments.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
