The Multiyear Agreements (MYA) Sales/Commercial Manager will be an integral member of the Sales / Commercial Operations team within the MYA business line responsible for MYA opportunities including New Unit CSAs, Renegotiations, Installed base to MYA and MMPs covering Middle East and Sub-Sahara Africa region with a strong focus on North Africa.

What you will do:
Role will work internally with multiple functions and externally with customers to lead and manage the full deal inquiry to order (ITO) cycle and process through creating, building of proposals and successfully closing and leading contract negotiations of Multi Year Agreements (MYA). The MYA Sales/Commercial Manager, will be responsible to :
Partner with sales to define the commercial strategy.
Leverage knowledge of MYA offerings to improve win rate on this segment
Lead the overall proposal development, by bringing key stakeholders (finance, engineering, product line, tax, risk, legal, Order to Remittance - OTR, among others) to implement the overall technical and commercial deal strategy
Present deals for delegation of authority approvals and ensure ITO process compliance, including review of terms and conditions & risk management assessment.
Participate in Quality initiatives within ITO to drive process rigor and/or improvements.
Work with Sales for contract negotiations with customers.
Lead a flawless ITO to OTR hand-over process after contract award.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 7 years of commercial/financial or technical experience, preferably with commercial management.
Significant experience in Sales and/or Proposals in Multiyear Service Agreements (Sales and/or Commercial Operations). Knowledge level is comparable to a master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Professional solid experience in a business role, including experience with customer specification review, proposal development and contract negotiations.
Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
