Job Description

A Loss Draft Senior Associate is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end processing of insurance loss draft claims to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution. This role involves reviewing claim documentation, validating insurance information, checking lender requirements, and coordinating with borrowers, contractors, insurance carriers, and internal departments to obtain required materials. The associate evaluates inspection results and repair progress to determine appropriate fund disbursements, processes endorsements and releases, and maintains detailed records within internal systems. Additionally, the Senior Associate identifies discrepancies, mitigates risk by escalating complex or non‑standard cases, and ensures the customer receives the best experience possible. All responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with investor guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review insurance claim documents, mortgage information, and loss draft checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Frontline point of contact for inbound calls
  • Communicating with customers, contractors, insurance companies, and internal departments to gather required documentation.
  • Processing loss draft funds, including endorsements, disbursements, and monitoring repair progress through inspection requests and viewing results.
  • Evaluating inspection reports, repair estimates, and claim details to determine appropriate release of funds.
  • Maintaining detailed records and updating internal systems to reflect claim status and customer interactions.
  • Identifying discrepancies or risks and escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Providing guidance to junior associates and supporting workflow improvements.
  • Ensuring all actions meet regulatory, investor, and company policy requirements.

Requirements

  • Reliable, punctual, with consistent attendance
  • Must be a current Integon employee with at least 6 months of tenure.
  • WFH after Training, depending on individual performance and business needs.
  • High school diploma
  • Monday to Friday, availability between 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m (a fixed schedule will be assigned after training) 
  • Training 7:00 am to 3:30 pm On-site during 8 Weeks
