Assisting the Retail Training Manager in driving and executing HOKA China’s retail training initiatives to elevate frontline capabilities and support business performance. This role requires a hands-on, action-oriented professional who translates brand and sales strategies into practical store-level execution. By combining core training deployment with active field coaching, this position ensures frontline teams embody the running culture while consistently driving sustainable business growth.

40% Retail Curriculum engineering & Core Capability Onboarding 
Architect and deliver structured HOKA China retail training assets and methodologies to accelerate frontline talent's time-to-productivity while ensuring strict compliance with operational guidelines.

20% Omni-Channel On-site Coaching & Intervention
Conduct regular, proactive store visits to diagnose frontline skill gaps. Partner with Area Managers to focus on 'Controllable Factors' (e.g., CR and UPT metrics), providing direct, hands-on coaching and field interventions to boost store KPIs.

15% Project Execution & Efficiency Optimization 
Execute assigned training projects under brand guidelines to enhance staff productivity (labor efficiency) and overall capability. Track training outcomes and build actionable case libraries from best practices.

15% Running Community Initiative Implementation
Organize and implement running-related training and community projects. Cultivate a "runner mindset" within store teams, ensuring staff can organically speak the community language and connect with running consumers.

10% Drive Digital Learning Strategy & Performance Metrics
Oversee the digital learning strategy and monitor the Mystery Shopper Program (MSP) to drive store service consistency, while leveraging LMS analytics to identify training gaps and direct on-site performance interventions.
