We are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Accommodation team, on a Casual basis.

About the role

Your role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals. This role is in the group home setting where our clients live (the Accommodation aspect of CPA) operating 24x7 and has coverage over a variety of morning, day, afternoon and overnight ‘awake shifts’.

• Delivering personalised support in a group home setting

• Assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling

• Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community

• Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent

• Supporting clients with transport e.g. using CPA minivan

Requirements

• Available for a minimum of 4-5 days weekdays, 25-35 hours

• Must be available for 6am-9am shifts

• A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)
