Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment. Define Insurance policy and calculating premium including terms and condition for Property. Rating and quoting including receipt, clearance, data gathering and submission for operation of insurance services to set-up new business or renewal submissions in the support of developing an insurance quote. Experience • 10+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Underwriting or Policy Servicing across shared services/Third Party BPO service providers (Essential) • Tracks and translates quality, timeliness, productivity, and service delivery requirements into individual, team, and unit metrics. Recommends how and what performance measurements to collect for performance data. • Review and manage production and quality control reports and take appropriate action for improved results. • Work independently on the largest and most complex accounts with limited direction from the underwriters, team lead, and/or underwriting managers • Reviews and analyzes the most complex premium allocations from clients and brokers and responds to all queries related to regulatory compliance, structure, fees, and progress execution. • Develop skills, knowledge, and competencies of th • Develop skills, knowledge, and competencies of the underwriting assistants through coaching and providing feedback in cooperation with the team leader and/or underwriting manager. • Serves as the subject matter expert for the company and departmental projects or initiatives. • Participates and/or leads underwriting project teams, providing progress summaries and updates to the leadership team. • Participates in user acceptance testing and other special projects as needed, applying their expert understanding of systems, tools, and processes. • Works with the underwriting assistants to resolve data quality errors. • Provides ongoing training to the UAs through 1-1 and group sessions in cooperation with Team Lead and/or manager • Review workflows/processes on a semi-annual basis to identify process efficiencies. What are we looking for? Overall Purpose of Job • Identify process risks & conduct regular forecast vs incoming vs completion analysis. • Conduct performance review of the span, create plan of action for deficit if any and track for closure • Daily staffing planning and management of SLA’s & KPI’s • Ensure weekly basis highs and lows are highlighted and zero surprise framework implemented. • Develop relationships with client stakeholders- should highlight challenges due to process design and controllable challenges • Manage People Issues & Escalations • Drive process improvements and ideation and probable automation opportunity • Manage quality, controls, risk & compliance aspect for the deal • Plan & coordinate requirements of scheduling, training, recruitment, Capacity & Seat Utilization etc • Deliver Transitions smoothly • Ensure data management governance is followed • Generation of MIS, analysis, and improvement plans • Hands on experience of managing the one of the following tasks from the earlier experience from Insurance Underwriting Cycle - Policy Issuance, Premium Audit, Pricing Reading, Endorsement, Quote/Booking, Aggregation / Modeling, Contract Reading, Slip Processing, Benchmarking, Binders Processing, Submission, Declarations, Cancellations, Reinstatements, Insurance KYC.
