Job Summary
The ION organization is seeking a Product Manager specializing in UX/UI to support our integrated product platform strategy. This role is responsible for elevating the user experience, shaping product vision, and ensuring execution aligns with business goals and industry leading leading design practices across the network planning, design, and construction lifecycle.Job Description
Champion the user experience across the entire product lifecycle—from discovery through delivery.
Collaborate with Delivery, Product, Engineering, SMEs, and Executive Stakeholders to ensure product experiences meet brand, operational, and customer expectations.
Develop and document workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI design system components.
Conduct or support user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations.
Create clear and comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with strong UX focus.
Partner with Engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high fidelity.
Drive iterative releases through experimentation, analytics, and continuous feedback loops.
Communicate product roadmaps, key decisions, and design rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
Align business objectives with user needs to ensure impactful, measurable product outcomes.
Translate customer insights, usability data, and design best practices into actionable product opportunities.
Qualifications:
3–7 years of Product Management or equivalent experience delivering digital products at scale.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross functional‑functional initiatives with strong UX impact.
Proven ability to partner effectively with Product, Delivery, Engineering, and business teams.
Exceptional communication, executive level storytelling, and stakeholder‑level storytelling, and stakeholdermanagement‑management skills.
Strong ability to make‑informed decisions using analytics, experimentation, and qualitative research.
Demonstrated judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
