What this role is about:
RapidSOS’s Summer Internship program is a full-time, fully immersive internship program designed to complement your education with real-world experience. This program will allow you to take on projects at a rapidly growing start-up, working closely and cross-functionally with leaders throughout the company. This is an amazing opportunity to not only join a rising and dynamic startup but also make a measurable impact. 

As an intern within our GTM Strategy & Operations team, you will contribute to our mission by engaging in research and quantitative analysis, designing and leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, and  optimizing tools and systems so we can maximize the full potential of our systems to empower GTM functions. This internship is an amazing opportunity to develop your skills in a hands-on environment, work at a growing startup, and to understand the critical impact of revenue operations on scaling and empowering our teams at the forefront of industry innovation.

What you’ll do: 

• Conduct research and analysis on variety of topics to support the growth of RapidSOS
• Research, explore, and design AI-driven solutions to optimize tools and automate manual tasks
• Help gather, organize, and consolidate key data and resources into centralized systems to improve accessibility and efficiency for the team along with creating supporting documents (e.g. slide decks, Excel models, etc.) 
• Assist in developing tools and processes to improve data accuracy, streamline reporting, and define standards
• Support in creating dashboards, reports, and resources to empower teams with actionable insights
• Own a project (or multiple!) from start to finish alongside your mentor
• Assist the team with additional ad hoc projects and analyses

Starting pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience, relevant skills, training, education, location, business needs, or market demands. The compensation range for this role is $800 per week.
