Formed of Anglian Water, Clancy and Kier, the IMA deliver household and business metering programme, including installing new and replacing old meters and managing smart metering trials.

What you will be doing as a Resource Capacity Planner?

Create plans for the smart metering programme to enable efficient scheduling and minimise disruption to meter reading while ensuring roll out is in line with smart metering infrastructure. Provide analysis of work completed and of target properties for the smart meter rollout. Work to maximise efficiency of the rollout and ensure achievement of the 1.1m smart meter target.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create forecast and roll out plans for IMA OMC and Operational teams relating to our AMP8 smart metering programme

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as IMA Job Delivery Team, Schedulers and Outbound Contact Teams

· Manage IMDS Planning Team mailbox with day-to-day queries

· Manage annual leave and other non-availability for IMA resources and maintaining the resource modeller

· Uploading of bulk non-availability into SAP and Oracle

· Influencing and reporting to IMA Delivery Managers and IMA Field Performance Managers to assist with planning and decision making

What skills and behaviours and attributes do we need from you?

· Educated to A levels standard or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years experience in an operational environment

· Strong business analyst skills and awareness & understanding of operational issues

· Excellent IT and keyboard skills with emphasis on SAP and Microsoft Applications

· Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills

· Strong prioritising and decision making skills

· Able to demonstrate a highly flexible, constructive attitude and strong team working skills
