Job Description:
- Manage incoming driver inquiries efficiently and provide assistance with driver inquiries.
- Initiate daily repair orders and collaborate directly with technicians for necessary repairs, preferably with some mechanical understanding.
- Preference for familiarity with Transman software (knowledge of VRMS coding is a plus).
- Maintain a courteous and positive demeanor; effective communication is essential.
- Excel in multitasking and maintain high levels of organization within a fast-paced workshop.
- Proficient computer skills and accurate typing abilities are necessary.
- Complete essential documentation and reports promptly, including DOT inspection reports and addressing DOT violations.
- Adhere to commitments and meet deadlines consistently.
