What You Will Do:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical CAD Engineer to lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of precision, functionality, and durability. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be a central figure in driving mechanical innovation and supporting the design process.

• Develop and create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (preferably Creo or SolidWorks) for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with the product development team to design and optimize mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
• Lead and manage design validation processes, including prototyping, testing, and analysis, to ensure designs meet functional and performance requirements.
• Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure seamless transition from design to production, troubleshooting any issues during fabrication and assembly.
• Support engineering changes, revisions, and documentation updates in line with product lifecycle management.
• Continuously explore new mechanical design methodologies and tools to enhance design efficiency and product performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of designs, specifications, and engineering changes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on CAD modeling and drafting.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, ideally Creo, SolidWorks, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with tolerance analysis, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and design for manufacturability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other engineering and production teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver designs on time in a fast-paced environment.
