Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic learning based on business priorities and brand requirements to build training and development programs addressing to aftersales business units.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules to address skills gaps and improve key dealer staff performance.
- Collaborate in synergy with other stakeholders (internal and external) to identify training needs and create tailored development plans.
- Analyze training effectiveness through various metrics/KPIs and propose reports with actions plans focused on to ensure or improve the KPIs results based on training actions.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective utilization across the Dealer Network.
- Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development (including new learning technologies and platforms like IA, digital contents, micro and interactive learnings solutions)
