F&G is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support F&Gs recruitment process, Applicant Tracking System administration, new employee experience and onboarding, and reporting analytics.

This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Supports procedures for improving the candidate experience.
  • Support procedures and task management for contingent worker program
  • Manage new hire preboarding process which includes communication and task management
  • Manage background check process and platform
  • Assist HR team with various administrative duties and special projects as needed
  • Schedule interviews for applicants both virtually and in person and arranges travel and lodging for applicants, as necessary.
  • Attend college relations events which includes but is not limited to career fairs, classroom speaking engagements and other college relation events as needed.
  • Assists with the coordination of events and programming for the Summer Intern Program.

Experience and Education Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred. In lieu of degree, a high school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years prior experience in administrative support activities. 
  • Experience in the insurance industry preferred
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred

  • Regular and punctual attendance
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
