Summary:
As a DevOps Architect, you will assess, design, and engineer DevOps solutions in complex technology environments. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to create and implement innovative technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in discussions to understand project requirements, analyze existing systems, and develop strategies that align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will oversee the integration of cloud-native and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring that the solutions are robust and scalable. Your role will also include mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement best practices in DevOps methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in DevOps.
