Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Account Manager where he/she will be responsible for managing Retail Account to drive sales growth within legal guidelines and leading contract negotiations to ensure partner growth. The role engages in both transactional and relationship selling, collaborating with different teams. The role achieves sales targets, drives improvement initiatives, and fosters successful partnerships.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts to drive sales growth and ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Develop and implement business plan with key customers to maximize revenue and market share.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock level and internal share.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and category team to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives.

  • Conduct regular meetings with retail partners to discuss performance, promotions, flyers and opportunities for growth.

  • Prepare reports, business review, forecasts, and presentations for internal stakeholders and retail partners.


Education & Experience

  • Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 3-10 years of work experience, preferably in retail field.

  • Good knowledge of English and Italian language.
