Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand application demands, iterating on designs, and implementing configurations that optimize performance and usability. Attention to detail and adaptability are essential as the engineer navigates through complex application environments to deliver effective and efficient software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within cloud environments.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and manage large datasets efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration of various data sources and ensuring data quality throughout the application lifecycle.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
