Job Description:
The Director of Sales will lead a team of sales, aftermarket and application experts to achieve division goals to drive increased customer loyalty for the mining industry.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver business plan sales and industry targets for mining products and services.
• Develop sales and marketing plan and manage initiatives to achieve business plan targets for products and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through management of product and services commercial issues.
• Lead sales opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.

Summary Pay Range:
$199,680.00 - $299,520.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
