What you’ll be doing:

  • Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situations, needs, and offering solutions.
  • Perform outbound calls to collect overdue invoice balances.
  • Send email reminders and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Submit invoices to clients' portals, such as Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Catalyst (for
    major clients).

  • Professionally negotiate with customers and explore payment sources to determine the best possible arrangement.
  • Issue dunning letters.
  • Gather bad debt documentation and process write-offs.
  • Refer accounts to a collection agency once all internal collection efforts
    have been exhausted.

What you need to bring:

We’re a team of 18 people located in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. If you love talking to customers, are familiar with accounting practices and can remain friendly, calm and authoritative, then this is the job for you!

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a collection function or customer facing role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French.

Even better if you have, but not necessary:
