The People Team at SIE is embarking on a transformative journey to enhance the employee experience. We have a unique opportunity for a Senior People Tech & Services Analyst to join the People Technology and Services team. In this critical role, you will lead system enhancement initiatives and provide support for Talent Systems (Recruiting, Performance, and Learning) projects on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of projects related to Talent Systems, with a focus on supporting the Greenhouse Talent Acquisition System. Collaborate closely with HR partners globally to prioritize and implement system enhancements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies within recruiting workflows and talent acquisition processes. Propose and implement changes that improve system functionality, aligning solutions with business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Assist in supporting other talent systems, including Workday (Performance Management) and Absorb (Learning Management System). Ensure alignment of business processes across regions.
  • Workday Enhancements: Manage and present bi-annual Workday releases to the PTS team and senior leadership. Highlight relevant updates and enhancements for existing modules, and lead efforts to implement improvements.
  • System Integration: Work closely with HRIS and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Greenhouse and other systems, such as Workday and Global Career Sites.
  • Product Ownership: Serve as Product Owner for Workday HCM and other talent systems. Responsibilities include:
  • Understanding business needs and gathering requirements.
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Leading configuration, prototyping, and testing efforts.
  • Providing hyper-care and ongoing functional support.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party technology consultants and AMS teams to implement standard process solutions for the organization.
  • ServiceNow Support: Assist with ServiceNow tickets to resolve application issues, respond to escalations, and document findings.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials for system users, delivering technical training to enhance understanding and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition technology, with 2+ years of hands-on experience with Greenhouse.
  • 5+ years of Workday experience in functional areas such as configuration, security, and reporting.
  • 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience managing global HCM processes, with an understanding of regional complexities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience handling highly sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Good communication skills, capable of working with technical and business audiences at all levels.
  • Familiarity with IT integration and touchpoints, with the ability to assess upstream and downstream impacts.
  • Culturally sensitive and able to work inclusively in a global environment.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$138,400$207,600 USD
