Position Summary

CVS Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Specialty Finance business unit. This individual contributor role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a Fortune 4 healthcare leader. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on biosimilar trends and drug price inflation impacts.
• Support the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
• Present monthly financial performance updates to senior leadership.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and forecasting for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel (professional or academic), including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, and other advanced functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with excellent time management and communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
