What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Lead and provide guidance on moderately complex projects, managing time and resources effectively.
- Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work, making decisions to resolve moderately complex problems and developing new options in non-standard situations.
- Work independently on assignments, seeking guidance on unusual or complex problems, and review your own work while mentoring others.
- Utilize business and analytical skills to enhance financial, resource, and portfolio data, driving improved business decision-making.
- Oversee financial and resource analytics, creating dashboards for actionable insights, and offering recommendations and actions.
- Guide operational teams in project management, forecast resource requirements, and identify areas for improvement in products, processes, or services.
- Foster a culture of innovation, support vendor oversight activities, and oversee key metrics and quality measures.
- Serve as the operational support lead for cross-functional partners, collaborating with internal teams to enhance user engagement and optimize customer experience.
- Facilitate team communication, implement best practices, improve service delivery with delivery partners, and develop digital channels with local business units.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to drive execution of strategies, training design, and delivery experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient in project management skills
- Market business acumen and ability to lead innovation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in utilizing MS Office Applications
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
- Master's degree with substantial experience in commercial operations, sales, and marketing
- Demonstrated leadership in promoted positions, including people leadership and developmental roles, showcasing leadership across peer and manager groups
- Knowledge of Structured Query Language
- Experience with digital marketing and customer engagement strategies
- Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
