What you will do

  • Timely renewal of all assigned PSAs before the contract renewal date.
  • Generate a minimum of 5 proposals/week; 1 per day, 20 per month for PSAs – subject to change based on volume.
  • Provide leads to Core Sales Management teams.
  • Expand current PSA spend by upselling across product lines.
  • Review for scope accuracy & equipment counts to ensure accurate pricing focused on profitable growth.
  • Enhance account experience
  • Account advocate for both JCI and the account.
  • Other duties as requested.

What we look for

Required

  • The candidate will have a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of tools. 
  • Previous Excel experience is a requirement.
  • Meeting preparation & presentation skills.
  • Confident in their skills and work collaboratively with customers both externally and internally.
  • Outgoing personality with good phone acumen.
  • Able to work with Microsoft Teams and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Self-starter that can work independently and achieve their mandate/goal.
  • The candidate must be coachable and contribute to the team with a positive attitude.
  • Work well with others and within an electronic dynamic Team environment.
  • Previous leadership experience and knowledge of the Security Industry.

Preferred

  • Previous Sales experience would be an asset.
  • Prior experience with Excel spreadsheet development for progress tracking.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills working in Oracle ERP/Salesforce & Compass.
