We are looking for a customer-oriented colleague for the position of Customer Service Representative for the Southeast Europe region, with a focus on Hungary and Romania. This role serves as a key communication link between customers, the sales team, and internal departments, especially in the Water and Mechanical product areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with selected customers.
  • Providing information on product availability, delivery times, and specifications.
  • Collaborating with internal teams
  • Actively supporting customers in the Hungarian and Romanian regions.
  • Working with internal systems for order and customer data management.

Requirements:

  • Relevant secondary education.
  • Experience in customer service (preferably in a technical or industrial environment).
  • Knowledge of English and Hungarian is mandatory. 
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as Polish, Czech, Slovak, or Romanian is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
