praćenje stanja postojećih ugovora za servis liftova i pokretnih stepenica, kao i akviziciju novih ugovora za održavanje
izradu kalkulacija, konfiguracija i ponuda za popravke i servise prema pristiglim upitima u okviru definisanih rokova
vođenje precizne evidencije ponuda, redovno praćenje njihovog statusa i aktivno učešće u tenderima
planiranje prodajne strategije u koordinaciji sa prodajnim odeljenjem i rukovodiocem prodaje
predstavljanje i savetovanje klijenata o najpovoljnijim tehničkim rešenjima, karakteristikama opreme i usluga
učešće u kompletnom prodajnom procesu, upravljanje ugovorima i dokumentacijom od početka do završetka procesa, uz brigu o postojećim klijentima
blisku saradnju i koordinaciju sa operativnim odeljenjem zaduženim za instalacije opreme, u svrhu pravovremenog preuzimanja novih liftova i pokretnih stepenica u servis
izveštavanje o radnom učinku na nedeljnom, mesečnom i godišnjem nivou
obavljanje ostalih zadataka po nalogu neposrednog rukovodioca
SSS/VŠS/VSS – elektrotehnička, mašinska ili ekonomska struka
poželjno najmanje 3 godine iskustva na istim ili sličnim pozicijama
odlično poznavanje rada u MS Office paketima
odlične komunikacijske, prezentacijske i prodajne veštine
obavezno poznavanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu, nivo B2
motivisanost, proaktivnost, ažurnost i sposobnost ostvarivanja postavljenih ciljeva
izražene organizacione sposobnosti
sposobnost vođenja više projekata uz dobro razvijene analitičke veštine
vozačka dozvola B kategorije
