Senior Manager, Differentiated Services

Ingredion is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead the execution of our services strategy across regions. This role will be responsible for translating global initiatives into actionable regional plans, driving operational excellence, and ensuring commercial success. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator, experienced in customer engagement, and comfortable navigating complex, cross-functional environments.

What you will do (Responsibilities): 

- Translate global services strategy into actionable regional plans aligned with market dynamics and customer needs.
- Act as the Services SME for the GTM team, regularly engaging with customers to promote service offerings.
- Collaborate with GTM counterparts and sales managers to identify service opportunities in the pipeline.
- Lead the development and localization of service features with global and regional teams.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent execution and knowledge sharing.
- Represent the region in global forums, providing insights to shape future service innovation.
- Develop and manage the customer engagement pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of regional service pods, ensuring excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Manage regional P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Drive commercial success through service selling excellence and sales enablement support.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet performance targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and tailor unique solutions to their needs.
- Lead change management efforts for new service offerings and operational improvements.
- Collaborate across Ingredion’s portfolios to deliver holistic, texture-centric solutions.

What you will bring (Experience and Knowledge): 

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in services, commercial operations, or strategic leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving commercial success.
- Experience working in cross-functional and global teams.

Pay Range:

$141,360.00-$188,480.00 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
